“What a versatile oil!! I know it from Scandinavia where it is used like your olive oil. It has a buttery, nutty taste. I brush it on my local fish before I put it in the oven, add salt and pepper and have an outstanding fish dish! Also, as I developed lactose intolerance I use Ulli's raps oil in my cream soups and mashed potatoes. It really elevates the dishes! It is also a must for my steamed vegetables to drizzle it on top. Even over my sorbets it is delicious!”
