Great oil

I recently received a free sample of this oil from Ulli's Oil Mill. I don't usually make spicy foods. I was once told by a health care provider, Chili peppers actually have a positive medicinal effect on your body in moderation. There have been studies that state they help prevent heart disease, are beneficial for our respiratory system because it helps to clear up congestion, help to improve our stomach's ability to digest foods and have anti-cancer properties etc.... When I tried Ulli's Chili oil I was pleasantly surprised, it wasn't to hot, just the right amount of heat. I put a few drops in my carrot soup, gave it a nice added punch of flavor, really good. And I like that the oil is made from organic sunflower seeds. I think anyone would love this oil even those who normally don't eat spicy foods.

I own a small personal care business in Northern California and I have been seeking high-quality seed oils for my tailor-made masque after a service. I bought the Styrian Pumpkin, Hemp, and Camelina seed oils to formulate my masques, I also had my client taste the Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil and it was so magnificent we both remarked how much it tasted like a pumpkin seed like no other with so much depth and a nice clean finish! We both laughed so hard at sounding somewhat smooth, but how we were both just astounded by how unbelievably delicious it tasted! My masques are tailor-made and formulated right on spot and the oils are kept in a little refrigerator. I was so happy to receive a box of Ulli's wonderful organic products today. Two of the items I just tried was Ulli's organic Hemp oil and organic Hemp powder. I mixed them together to create a great skin exfoliator to slough away dead skin cells on my face that is non-toxic WITHOUT any harmful chemicals/preservatives as most beauty scrubs on the market sadly have in their ingredients. An estheticians told me once, anything you put ON your body/skin goes IN your body and organs. So I am always very careful to only use organic clean products on my skin. I also just tried a small taste of this Hemp oil, it has a very unique flavor, looking forward to using it on salads etc.... the pumpkin seeds i just received from ulli's mill are the very best i've ever eaten. eaten right from the bag, they taste as fresh as if they've just been harvested, and i am so glad to be able to support what seems like a heartfelt venture. these seeds are not papitas, but from the kind of pumpkin that has a thinner exterior and from what i understand, higher nutritional value. a great tasting product that is packed with nutrients. highly recommend!

Organic Stone-milled Pumpkin Protein Powder

I have been using this powder for many months as an added protein source for my smoothies. Used with Chinese food -- as dip and also as an ingredient; with popcorn, salad dressing, chili, soup, stew, on toast. It's smooth, almost buttery; a bit of heat but not too much.

What a versatile oil!! I know it from Scandinavia where it is used like your olive oil. It has a buttery, nutty taste. I brush it on my local fish before I put it in the oven, add salt and pepper and have an outstanding fish dish! Also, as I developed lactose intolerance I use Ulli's raps oil in my cream soups and mashed potatoes. It really elevates the dishes! It is also a must for my steamed vegetables to drizzle it on top. Even over my sorbets it is delicious!
